Renovation of a stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The project scope includes: upgrades to U.S. Bank Stadiums building management HVAC system network engines and server. Procurement of: Quantity Description (12) SNE22000 model engines or equivalent for HVAC system (1) Dell Poweredge R440 Server, Intel Xeon Gold 5222 Processor or equivalent for HVAC system Labor services to include: installation, project management, commissioning of the system and removal and disposal of existing equipment. All proposers, applicants, prime contractors, and prospective subcontractors will be subject to a pre-award compliance review to ensure the employment of minorities, women, and disabled persons. The Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in any proposal received without explanation. Also, describe Proposer'sspecific plan to reach targeted goalsfor MBE and WBE construction participation on this project, and Proposer'sstrategies for employing women and members of minority communitiesto comply with the Authority's Equity Plan. Exhibit 3 shall be considered in evaluating thisfactor.
