As of August 08th, 2022, project has not been awarded yet. A decision will be made on the board meeting today. For Weight Room Addition at Murtaugh High School. Contractors wishing to submit bids must hold a current Public Works Contractors License, commensurate with the size of contract and must submit a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the additional necessary bond(s) for the faithful performance of the contract and supply the necessary insurance documents as prescribed in the contract documents. All properly submitted proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date. Bids received after the bid opening time will not be considered and no bidder may withdraw his bid after the bid opening time or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. The Board of Trustees of Murtaugh School District #418 reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids, to waive any minor irregularities, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best.
