REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES The City of Murtaugh is requesting proposals to provide municipal engineering and related services including duties of City Engineer. The City of Murtaugh anticipates applying for state and federal assistance to fund projects. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked on the following criteria.
