Q And A Open7/14/2022 1:13:00 PM Q And A Close8/18/2022 10:00:00 AM Bid Bond Required No The purpose of this RFP is to source a qualified supplier to provide ozone system equipment for Topeka Water Treatment Plant Disinfection Modifications (the Project). The selected Ozone System Supplier (OSS) is expected to support design with pre-construction services and provide a fully functioning system as outlined in the Procurement Contract Documents. The Procurement Contract will initiate with the City of Topeka (Owner) and be assigned to the selected General Contractor for coordination with construction and installation of the overall Project as identified in Section 6. Construction of an Ozone Generation Building; LOX/GOX area; East Ozone Dissolution & Destruct Building; East Ozone Contact Basin; West Ozone Dissolution & Destruct Building; West Ozone Contact Basin; improvements to existing supplementary chemical systems; and sitework improvements.
