Site work for a water / sewer project in West Haven, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of West Haven (here after referred to as the City) is soliciting an Invitation to Bid for the installation of sanitary sewer pipe and related work for a section of Jones Hill Road. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, and to waive any or all formalities in connection with this request. Any responses received after the above scheduled due date and time shall not be accepted or considered. 245 feet of 8 inch PVC pipe. 2 new precast concrete manholes. Sewer connection with a drop pipe to an existing manhole involving drilling to install 8 inch PVC pipe and construction of invert at the existing manhole. 3 house laterals 4inch PVC schedule 40 each 10 ft. long. Restoration of lawns and clean up of the site. Site clearing of shrubs and trees. TV inspection and infiltration testing of sewer. Deflection testing of sewer pipe. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it deems such to be in the best interest of the City of West Haven.
