Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Haven, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The VA Connecticut Healthcare System, VAMC West Haven located in West Haven, CT has a requirement for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide professional Architect/Engineer (A-E) Design Services to develop complete drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction period administration for 689-22-102 AE Fire Protection Improvement project. This project will address several deficiencies at both VACT campuses and the Fire Loops at the VAMC West Haven campus. This Special Notice is only a request for the SF 330 Form. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Veterans Affairs (VA) is not requesting price or cost information at this time. Any price or cost information will not be accepted, considered, or evaluated. B. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The VA Connecticut Healthcare System, VAMC West Haven located in West Haven, CT has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide professional Architect/Engineer (A-E) Design Services to develop complete drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction period administration for the 689-22-102 AE Fire Protection Improvement project. C. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: The Magnitude of Construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
