The Brockton Housing Authority the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Prime Contractors for the repairs and additions to the Surveillance System, at the 24-3 Manning Tower and 24-4 Crescent Court Developments in Brockton, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Angelo A. Kyriakides, Architect, Inc. dated 11 July 2022. The Project consists of: Supplying and installing new interior and exterior surveillance cameras and related equipment as indicated on the drawings at the 24-3 Manning Tower and 24-4 Crescent Court Developments in Brockton, MA Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work - Alarm Systems and/or Telecommunications Systems and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime Update Statement (Form CQ 3). General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Brockton Housing Authority
