Questions Due Date: 07/29/2022 at 4:00 PM CT Williamson County is soliciting qualifications of engineering firms interested in providing engineering services to assist Williamson County staff in the development of Seward Junction Loop north of SH 29 at Ronald Reagan. One firm is anticipated to be selected to provide services for the project. Professional services may include but are not limited to engineering services to plan, prepare design schematics, survey, identify needed right of way, prepare environmental documents, obtain environmental clearance, and estimates of probable cost for the project. Final design services for the northeast quadrant of the loop are anticipated to be included in the scope of services. Right of way legal assistance, public involvement, utility coordination, and daily construction observation services are not currently anticipated to be required on this contract. Williamson County expects the prime firm to commit its project manager, as proposed in the SOQ, to the duration of the contract. Williamson County further expects the project manager's commitment to the contract to include commitment as project manager to each work authorization without further delegation or substitution over the course of the contract.
