Union County, North Carolina, through its Union County Water Department, is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide Irrigation system evaluation services in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). All questions about the meaning or intent of the RFP Documents are to be submitted in writing to the Procurement contact person listed on the cover page (Erick.Perjuste@unioncountync.gov) no later than July 28, 2022 at 5:00 PM EDT. Union County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make such selection deemed in its best interest. With limited response, Union County reserves the right to extend the solicitation opening date as appropriate in order to assure a competitive procurement process. Union County reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. Offerors are required to comply with the non-collusion requirements set forth in the Solicitation Documents. Union County encourages good faith effort outreach to Minority Businesses (HUB Certified) and Small Businesses.
