Renovation of a library in Erie, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade library.
As of September 6, 2022, no award has been made. No definite date for the rebid. For the following prime contract: Bid #15 of 2022: General Construction (including mechanical and electrical work) Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashiers or trust company treasurers check, or approved Surety Companys bid bond, made payable to the County of Erie in the amount of 10 percent (10%) of the base bid as a security. Questions during the bid period shall be directed to the office of the architect. All contracts exceeding $10,000 shall contain a provision requiring compliance with Executive order 11246, entitled, Equal Employment Opportunity, as amended by Executive order 11375 and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60). This is a State Assisted Project and is subject to State Prevailing Wages and related Acts. Project Labor Agreement compliance also shall apply. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set forth in the opening of bids. The County of Erie reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept/reject any part of the bids.
