Center Street 2022 Sanitary Sewer Manhole Replacement Project The project generally consists of the replacement of approximately 40 lineal feet of 8 inch diameter PVC gravity sewer, one (1) manhole and other appurtenant and restoration activities. Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be reviewed at the office of the Wesleyville Borough Council, 3421 Buffalo Road, Erie, PA 16510. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A bid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
