Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lapel, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids will be reviewed by the Town and its Engineer and the successful low bid Contractor will be awarded shortly after. Project consists of milling and resurfacing roads, installation or repair of curbs, sidewalks, ADA ramps, pavement markings, and all other associated work as required by the Contract Documents within the Town of Lapel, Indiana. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bid shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Any questions about bidding conditions must be addressed to the Issuing Office in writing no later than close of business on Thursday, August 4th. A final addendum will be issued no later than Monday, August 8th. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
