Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lapel, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 08/25/2021 This project has been cancelled for good. Bids will be reviewed by the Town and its Engineer and the successful low bid Contractor will be awarded shortly after. Project consists of milling and resurfacing roads, installation or repair of curbs, sidewalks, ADA ramps, pavement markings, and storm drains, and all other associated work as required by the Contract Documents within the Town of Lapel, Indiana. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services to construct roadway milling and resurfacing, full depth reclamation, ADA curb ramp repair, sidewalk reconstruction, road line and symbol repair, curb and gutter removal/repair, installation of storm drain, and all other associated work as required by the Contract Documents to provide fully operation roadways within the Town of Lapel, IN The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Kimley-Horn, 250 East 96th Street, Suite 580, Indianapolis, IN 46240. Contact Drew Wolfred at 317-218- 9560 or drew.wolfred@kimley-horn.com. Prospective bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office by scheduling an appointment. Prospective bidders may also obtain copies of the Bidding Documents described below. Bidding Documents are available electronically by FTP site (as portable document format (PDF) files). Interested bidders should email the Issuing Office contact noted above and request access to the FTP site. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Any questions about bidding conditions must be addressed to the Issuing Office in writing no later than close of business on Thursday, August 5th. A final addendum will be issued no later than Monday, August 9th. It is the policy of the Town of Lapel, Indiana, that all public meetings and events comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and are accessible to people with disabilities.
