Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to August 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Cheyenne Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is requesting proposals for the Van Buren Avenue Corridor Plan. This plan is to evaluate the traffic safety and future traffic needs of the Van Buren corridor between U.S. Highway 30 and Dell Range Blvd. The planning project is requesting a 35% design plan for the phased reconstruction of Van Buren Avenue for all modes of travel. All proposers may submit inquiries in writing to the MPO at any time prior to noon on July 29, 2022.
