INVITATION TO SUBMIT STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS The City of Graysville, TN is seeking statements of qualifications from engineering firms for a Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Division of Water Resources-American Rescue Plan Collaborative Grants-State Water Infrastructure Grants Program project, specifically for the design and construction inspection of Water and Sewer System Improvements Projects. Specifically, the selected engineering firm will perform design phase activities from Summer 2022 until Winter 2023 (allowing for approved extensions and necessary follow-up after said time period), Bid Phase Activities from Winter 2023 until Fall 2023 (allowing for approved extensions and necessary follow-up after said time period), and Construction Inspection activities from Fall 2023 until Fall 2025 or until the project is complete. The Statement of Qualifications should include the following: 1 Representative listing of recent projects and clients in subject field. 2 Listing of all funded grant projects, including CDBG and other utility grants filed in the past three years with status noted. 3 Availability of staff to do preliminary engineering design immediately. 4 Resumes of key personnel expected to be involved in the project.
