As of November 14, 2023, a consultant has been awarded to provide commissioning services. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: DFCM Construction VBS Commissioning - University of Utah Huntsman Mental Health Institute Translational Research Building Envelope Commissioning The services of this solicitation include, but are not limited to, providing design consultation, site observations, functional performance tests and other activities required for the commissioning of building enclosure systems. The selection of the commissioning consultant shall be under the Value Based Selection method. The Solicitation for Consultants (SFC) documents, including the submittal requirements and the selection criteria and schedule, will be available at 3:00 PM on Friday, July 15, 2022 on the DFCM web page. For questions regarding this solicitation, please contact Jeff Wrigley, DFCM Building Performance Project Manager, at 801- 793-8745. As of June 23, 2023, the previous proposal was cancelled. The university has not reissued a solicitation for this project.
