As of 9/30/2022 project was already awarded to DGL, Diversified Glass & Land Management Services LLC for $66,129.00 Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Education Code 44.039, as amended, it is the intention of the Randolph Field Independent School District [the District] to select via the Request for Proposal process a construction contractor for General contracting services to facilitate a new commercial storefront installation - Removal and disposal of existing steel framed windows and glass - board up of all openings - Dust containment for masonry contractors - Exterior break metal finish out and interior paint - Final clean up. Storefront openings will consist of two that are 144' x 128' and one at 144' x 128'. The 144' x 128' storefront should include a set of double doors with all necessary hardware. The proposal will be a turn-key job for supervision and construction services, all preparation work, installation, equipment, material and labor necessary to complete this project. If you are planning to bring the proposal to the district office, you will need an extra hour or more to get through the base visitor's center to get a pass. In order to get a base pass, you will need to contact the district ahead of time, so that we can send your name to the base visitor center.
