Contract duration: 3 years Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal Prices good for: 3 years The City of Santa Clara (City) wishes to engage the professional services from a qualified firm (Consultant or Proposer) to continue to implement the City's Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program which encourages students to walk, bike, or scooter to and from school. Qualified Consultants shall have prior experience and success developing and implementing SRTS programs. The successful Proposer shall have significant experience with SRTS programs of comparable complexity and scale to that of Santa Clara. Through this Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) the City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Consultants to provide three (3) years of professional services to continue the education, encouragement, and evaluation aspects of the SRTS program.
