Springville City (Owner) is seeking a Statement of Qualifications from Contractors for the 650 N Gravity Sewer Pipeline. The project will include contractor provided design assistance and construction services. The project generally includes assisting in the design of a Springville City sanitary sewer project that will include approximately 2,230 linear feet of 12" PVC sanitary sewer transmission line at a slope of 0.19% in existing roads and in easements through a private LDS church parking lot and other private properties between homes. Sewer line additionally includes multiple connections to the existing sanitary sewer system, a narrow construction corridor between existing structures, crossing a dirt drainage canal, a Union Pacific Railroad rightof-way crossing, and multiple conflicts with existing utilities. Owner intends to continue with contractor into construction if successful negotiations for final contract are met. Question Submission Close Date 11/16/2022 2:00 PM MST
