The owner is constructing an expansion to an existing building to be operated as a public works shop located in the Rural Municipality of West St. Paul, Manitoba. The expansion will be a Pre-Engineered Steel Structure to match the existing. The owner is inviting contractors to bid for the provision of construction of the new facility expansion, including all materials and labour required for a complete, functioning "turn-key" facility ready for occupancy, (the "work"). Note that each Bidder shall be deemed to have personal knowledge of the location of the proposed work and to have informed themselves as to the actual conditions and requirements thereof and shall not claim, at any time after the submission of the Bid, and/or subsequent execution of a Contract, that there was any misunderstanding in regards to the conditions of the site.
