Saving Project...

Site work for a stadium in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.

The successful bidder will be responsible to: 1. Remove all components of the existing deck/ramp, and dispose of all materials and clean up site debris; 2. Identify location of any underground utilities underground before start of project; 3. Use current B.C. Building Code; 4. Follow drawings supplied in Appendix ‘A’ and ‘B’; 5. Provide non-slip surface on top of deck/ramp; 6. Provide all tools and equipment necessary to ensure completion of work; 7. Be knowledgeable in all areas of the scope of work; 8. Perform walk through inspections with Facilities Manager, or designate throughout the project; 9. Successful bidder will be responsible for all permits as required; 10. Guarantee and warranty all work for a minimum of one year after the completion date; and 11. Complete the work by September 30, 2022. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
