NOTE TO CONTRACTOR No onsite prebid meeting will be held on this parcel. It shall be the responsibility of prospective bidders to inspect and investigate improvements prior to submitting proposals to determine pertinent factors such as access, zoning, easements, condition of improvements, etc. Please read all attachments to this solicitation carefully. The submission of a proposal will be construed as evidence that inspections and investigations have been made.
