The City of Norwalk reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The City of Norwalk may, at its discretion, award a contract to the lowest and best bidder. One (1) Grit Hydrocyclone capable of receiving 250 gpm at 5 to 8 psi. Grit cyclone to be fabricated out of steel with replaceable neoprene internal liners.Unit to include 4" inlet and 6" overflow flange connections. . One (1) Grit Dewatering Classifier, 304 stainless steel construction, with a screw drive, storage trough assembly, support legs, and cover. The unit shall include an explosion proof motor. The unit shall have a cyclone splash box mounted on the top of the unit and a 4" overflow flange connection on the outlet end.
