Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Norwalk, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a office development; for site work for a office development; multi-residential development; and multi-residential development.
The Huron County Land Reutilization Corporation, aka Huron County Land Bank is seeking bids for demolition services for multiple residential and/or business properties. Interested parties must fill out a Prequalification form and an RFP. Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing via email to the HCLRC at amccoy@hcdc.net. Please note that this project consists of two separate bids: one for buildings needing abatement and one for properties not needing abatement. Contractors may bid one or both bids. Bidders must be pre-qualified in order to be considered. RFP and prequalification forms can be found at www.HuronCountyLandbank.com.
