In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
