Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Bid Bonds. See Condition 4 on page 1 of Standard Bid Conditions. Cashier's checks, or Money Orders submitted as bid bonds must be physically recieved by Equipment & Procurement located at 11302 West Baseline Road, Little Rock, AR 72209 prior to the designated timeof the bid opening.
