Renovation of an educational facility in Delhi, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work of this single bid project includes replacing the obsolete Building Management Systems (BMS) in Foreman Hall, Evenden Tower and Bush Hall including adding new sensor points and replacing existing sensor points in the existing buildings with pathways to new control equipment. The new building control equipment sends real time data to a workstation in the facilities office allowing facilities personnel to monitor data. The project includes hazardous materials abatement as necessary. EEO goals for this project: 6% minority workforce and 3% female workforce. Location: Work will be performed at SUNY Delhi.
