This bid as described is for the purchase of Miscellaneous Water Supplies on an as needed basis for the City of Enterprise. The City will pay only for the quantity purchased and is not obligated to purchase a specified amount. Bids must be submitted on the proposal form furnished with the Bid Documents. The City of Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to make an award in the best interest of the City of Enterprise. No oral, telephonic, telegraph proposals, modifications or alternate bids will be considered. All proposals will be valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the published bid date.
