Note: Cold rooms are used for agricultural research. 1.03 SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide all professional services necessary for the accomplishment of the contract project and such required service shall be in accordance with the requirements as described herein and on attached contract documents. Background: The USDA/DKI-PBARC Laboratory located at 64 Nowelo St. Hilo Hawaii requires the turnkey replacement of (6) walk-in cold room climate control panels with humidity, lighting, receptacles, and temperature alarm controls. Contractor shall supply all labor, parts, equipment, and materials to replace existing climate control panels. Contractor shall shut down, disconnect, and remove existing walk-in cold room climate control panels. Contractor shall modify existing panel location as required to install new climate control panels/enclosures Contractor shall install new climate control panels. New panels should not exceed existing control panel enclosure dimensions of 31" long x 26" wide x 12" in depth. Contractor shall perform system start up and complete system test.
