New Roof System Installation: Install new flashing metals along with new base flashings. Fasten a venting modified bitumen (MB) base sheet and MB preliminary roof followed by foam adhering a new 60 mil PVC single ply to complete the system. 2. Miscellaneous Conditions a. Large Mechanical Units: There are several large mechanical units designated in the plans and details that will need to be lifted and/or raised to accomplish minimum flashing height requirements.
