The contract also involves adherence to NPDES requirements and silt fence and drainage counter measures that have been provided in the project plan set. Adherence to maintenance of traffic per the applicable FDOT and MUTCD indexes and chapters is also a requirement. SCOPE OF WORK 1. If needed, the Vendor/Contractor shall provide a yard for parking, maintenance and storage of all equipment at no expense to the County. This area shall be restored to its original condition at the contractor's expense. 4. It will be the Vendor/Contractor's responsibility to provide an acceptable MOT plan at the PreConstruction meeting along with a chart showing the project schedule. 5. The Vendor/Contractor shall comply with all applicable OSHA workplace safety requirements and shall accomplish the work in a manner providing for the safety of their equipment and workers and for the safety of the general public. 10.3. LOCATION OF THE WORK: 1. The work to be performed in this contract will be performed on English Sparrow Road and Eskimo Curlew Road, Brooksville, Florida, in Hernando County, Florida.
