Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a municipal facility in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Project No: 12A21-00, 61-04E34-03 Dallas Area Municipal Authority Maintenance Facility which consist of demolition of existing structures, a new 6-bay maintenance garage/recycling building, new office, site improvements, HAVC, plumbing and electrical associated with the new buildings. Neither Owner not Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Each bidder must be a registered plan holder with ms consultants, inc. to be eligible to submit a bid for this project. Bids for the above-described work must be submitted on blanks furnished in the Bid Submittal Document.Details for mailing payment wll be sent upon receipt of e-mail request. id Submittal Document must be submitted as one original and one copy. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, made payable to Dallas Area Municipal Authority, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. (1) A bond for ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, or (2) A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount.Compliance is required with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates. All contractors and subcontractors working on this project will be required to comply with the Pennsylvania Human Relation Act No. 222. The Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidders must be completed and submitted with all bids. All bids must be identified by marking sealed envelope 1. Contract 2022-03 General Construction Dallas Area Municipal Authority Maintenance Facility, 2. Contract 2022-04 HVAC Construction Dallas Area Municipal Authority Maintenance Facility, 3. Contract 2022-05 Plumbing Construction Dallas Area Municipal Authority Maintenance Facility, or 4. Contract 2022-06 Electrical Construction Dallas Area Municipal Authority Maintenance Facility. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all, bids and to waive any informalities within the bids received.
