A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Creal Springs will receive bids for Creal Springs Community Center & Pavilion Demo. Bids are invited upon the work as follows: Contract 1: Construction of New Community Center Contract 2: Pavilion Demo The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are on file at the office of and may be examined at the following locations: John H. Crawford & Associates, P.C. 201 S. Division, Carterville, IL 62918 Southern Illinois Builders Assoc., P.O. Box 803, Marion, IL 62959. Notice is hereby given that the general prevailing rate of wages in the locality for each craft or type of worker or mechanic needed to execute the contract or perform such work, also the general prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work, as ascertained by the Department of Labor shall be paid for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract or to perform such work, and it shall be mandatory upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded and upon any subcontractor under him. The City of Creal Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Payment for CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will not be refunded.
