The Works will be carried out partly above and under water according to the level of the water at the time of the construction works. The Works include, but are not limited to: 1 The organization of the site as described in the specifications, as well as all temporary work necessary for the performance of the work and the safety of the construction activities; 2 The mobilization necessary to carry out the work; 3 The removal, storage and reinstallation of existing wharf fenders for the execution of repair work on the coping walls and the wharf facades; 4 Temporary demobilizations and remobilizations to accommodate ongoing port operations during the work; 5 The suspension of work on request, in particular during the arrival and presence of ships at the docks; 6 Underwater video surveys of caisson keys and ladders before and during the work according to the details indicated in the "Measurement and methods of payment" section; 7 Repair of damage to Piers 71 to 73 (work performed above and under water) including, but not limited to, the following: Local repairs without additional thickness of the crowning wall as shown on the plans; Local repairs without excess thickness of the facade, as shown on the plans; Repair of ladders (replacement of damaged rungs or addition of new rungs where they are missing); Removal, storage and reinstallation of steel curbs with existing hardware when possible. The replacement of bolts, anchors and/or the addition of all hardware necessary for reinstallation is also included in this contract; Repair of keys between the dock boxes as shown on the plans; Repair of the bituminous road surface to the right of the crowning wall according to the Supervisor's instructions. Refurbishment of the Ro/Ro ramp (facade of the box and nose of the ramp). 8 Repair of damage to Piers 98 to 100 (work performed above and under water) including, but not limited to, the following: Local repairs without extra thickness of the crowning wall as shown on the plans; Local repairs without excess thickness of the facade, as shown on the plans; Repair of ladders (replacement of damaged rungs or addition of new rungs as shown on the plans; Repair of keys between the dock boxes as shown on the plans; Repair of the bituminous road surface to the right of the crowning wall; The addition of steel curbs on wharf 98 between bollard no. 1 and the bollard no. 4 as well as between the fence at the western end and bollard 1. 9 Demobilization and dismantling of equipment and other temporary works; 10 At the end of the work, the cleaning and restoration of the premises to their original state and to the satisfaction of the Supervisor.
