The City is requesting proposals to provide Professional Geotechnical and Material Testing Services for the UT 1050 Ontario Ranch Phase 2 Water Main Improvement Project. The construction of the project will be in the City of Ontario along Grove Avenue between Eucalyptus Avenue and Chino Avenue and Chino Avenue between Grove Avenue and the Chino Avenue Bridge (Cucamonga Creek). The work under the construction contract consists of installation of approximately 7,900 linear feet of 30-inch diameter CML&C WSP water main , and 8,600 linear feet of 18-inch diameter CML&C WSP water mains and a Pressure Reducing Station; installation of water appurtenances; connections at various street intersections; implementation of traffic control during construction, temporary paving, pavement repair and street restoration as described in the Plans and Specifications for OMUC Project No. UT1050 Ontario Ranch Phase 2 Water Improvements . The contractor will be required to construct the project utilizing 2 headings, the contract time for the construction project is 260 calendar days. It is solely the responsibility of Proposer to see that its proposal is properly submitted to PlanetBids in proper form and prior to the stated closing time.
