Site work for a road / highway in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The DeKalb County Public Works - Transportation Department requests services for replacement of additional handrail along Glenwood Avenue at South Howard Street. The following is the proposed scope of work: 1. Remove existing failing handrail on top of retaining wall. Install 372 feet of pipe handrail per GDOT standard detail 9031R as noted on the attached location map. The finish on all handrail shall be primed and painted black. All joints shall be welded. The handrail is to be installed on the wall. As an alternative, Ameristar Montage Plus Majestic ornamental fence (4' height with 2 rails) can be installed. 2. Removal of all construction debris is included. All questions are due to Monique C. McCrear via email at mcmccrear@dekalbcountyga.gov on or before 5:00 p.m. EST on July 19, 2022. Proposed Term: Thirty (30) calendar days
