Site work for a transportation facility in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
A pre-proposal meeting will not be held. The project will remove and replace worn rail, install three switches, provided by Tacoma Rail. The project will also include excavation and placing ballast within the Tacoma Rail main yard. The Bid Bond must be executed by the person legally authorized to sign the bid, and must be properly signed by the representatives of the surety company unless the bid is accompanied by a certified check. If Bid Bond is furnished, the form furnished by the City must be followed; no variations from the language thereof will be accepted. The amount of the Bid Bond must be not less than 5% of the total amount bid. This project shall be physically completed within 120 working days
