**As of August 31, 2022, project extended to September 5th, 2022 at 2PM.** Each bid will be submitted on the Proposal Form. The proposed work is located at Coyote Wash Clubhouse, cart bar, and snack shack located at 11902 William Street in Wellton, Arizona. The work consists of but is not limited to stucco repair and exterior painting, and all work accordingly. All bids must be in a sealed envelope and plainly marked: "Town of Wellton Coyote Wash Building Exterior Paint & Repair." The Town of Wellton reserves the right to cancel this procurement, and/or reject and/or all bids, and/or to waive any informalities or irregularities in a bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the bid opening thereof.
