Carteret County Government is seeking proposals for Installation of a new Fire and Intrusion Alarm System as well as an alternate proposal for monitoring, maintenance, repair and inspections for Carteret County Government's Department of Social Services facility. The Contractor shall provide the services discussed in this scope of work with its own workforce. The Contractor may propose to subcontract portions of the work provided that their proposals clearly indicate what work they plan to subcontract and to whom and that all information required about the prime contractor is also included for each proposed subcontractor. The County reserves the right to approve and or deny all subcontractors. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor and equipment for the following service. The term of the monitoring portion of this contract will be for a period of three (3) years beginning as early as September 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2025. The option to renew this contract may be offered for five (5) one (1) year renewals at the discretion of Carteret County Government.
