Minneapolis, MN. Watson-Forsberg Co has been selected to oversee and manage the construction for these townhomes. Watson-Forsberg Co. strongly encourages the participation of W/MBE subcontractors and suppliers. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the contractor and subcontractors to Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements, Prevailing Wage Laws, MNUCP Certified MBE and WBE workforce (20% female, 32% minority) and SUBP goals (6% MBE and 6% WBE).
