The consultant will implement the already designed Saratoga Creek Restoration Project, installing approximately 18,000 native plants and an irrigation system to support them into the approximately 3.7-acre site over a three-year period (three phases). Contract elements include mobilization/demobilization for each phase, planting area preparation, irrigation system installation, seeding, container planting, pole cutting installation, installation of revegetation signs, and plant establishment maintenance.
