Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wyoming, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Enclosed is a R.F.P. for the replacement of a section of roof at Godfrey-Lee Public Schools, at Lee Middle/High School 1335 Lee St. SW, Wyoming, MI. 49509. This Invitation to Bid and all its pages, documents and attachments, including those added subsequently by written notice, submitted and properly executed, shall constitute the contract between Godfrey-Lee Public Schools and the successful vendor when approved and accepted by the Board of Education. If the bid is in excess of $50,000.00, a bid bond is required. Godfrey-Lee Public Schools is requesting a proposal to replace a roof section (#9) Lee Middle/High School. Interested bidders shall contact Scott Bergman at 616-241-1140 or sbergman@godfrey-lee.org with any questions regarding bid requirements. All questions will be shared with all bidders. No questions will be accepted after July 31 th , 2022.
