The Village of Lisle requests bids for sanitary sewer televising and cleaning services. The successful bidder (Contractor) will provide services that comply with the following: Work will occur at various locations throughout the Village on public streets. The work consists of internal closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection of approximately 34,260 linear feet of sanitary, storm, and combined sewer pipe, including preparatory cleaning, heavy cleaning of 300 linear feet, disposal of debris, bypass pumping, traffic control, and completion and submittal of inspection logs. The type of pipe to be expected should be, but not limited to, vitrified clay, P.V.C., HDPE, ductile iron, and concrete. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified or Cashiers Check made payable to the Village of Lisle for not less than five percent of the bid amount. No proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check. A Performance Bond satisfactory to the Village, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, in an amount equal to 100% of the contract sum as security for the faithful performance of the Contract; Payment Bond satisfactory to the Village, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, for the protection of all persons supplying labor and materials to the contractor or subcontractors for the performance of work provided for in the Contract, in an amount equal to 100% of the contract sum.
