Submissions, addressed to the Director General, must be made on forms identical in all respects to the specimen included in the specifications. They will be in a sealed envelope marked SUBMISSION - SERVICE CONTRACT FOR SNOW REMOVAL, ICE REMOVAL AND WINTER MAINTENANCE OF STREETS AND ROADS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAINTE-MARIE-SALOME 2022-2023. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form of a certified check payable to the Municipality of Sainte-Marie-Salomé, equivalent to at least 10% of the amount submitted for the year 2022-2023 or a bid bond established in the same amount by a recognized insurer. The Municipality of Sainte-Marie-Salomé does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderers.
