The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract for professional consulting services to provide design, permitting, and construction engineering inspection services for the Southeast County Force Main Improvements Project. No Pre-proposal Conference is scheduled at this time. Proposal QuestionDeadline 8 Calendar days prior to submission deadline Prior to 5:00 PM It has been determined that the specifications and scope of work within this solicitation are adequate to describe the product or services being requested. A pre-proposal conference and site visit has not been scheduled for this solicitation. Any inquiries, suggestions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the solicitation shall be submitted in writing prior to 5:00 PM at least eight (8) calendar days prior to the date when the submission is due. This Agreement, which includes design, permitting and construction engineering inspection services of the project as outlined in the Scope of Services, is anticipated to begin January 2023. This date may be modified at the sole discretion of the COUNTY as deemed in its best interest. Unless otherwise stated in the scope of work, specifications, or special conditions the default contract term shall be one (1) year with three (3), one (1) year renewals for a total of four (4) years upon mutual written agreement of both parties. The County reserves the right to renew this contract, or any portion thereof, and to negotiate pricing as a condition for each. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
