Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of Oct 10 the project was awarded to Robinson Paving Company for $916,261.95. Provide improvements to the intersection of Beaver Run Road and Psalmond Road. The work includes but is not limited to grading, resurfacing, pavement marking, median, curbs & gutters, sidewalks, landscaping & erosion control, and traffic lighting & signs. If the original document is not received within 5 days, then the bid will not be considered. The Bid Bond must be for 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price. All questions or clarifications concerning this solicitation shall be Submitted in writing. The city will not orally or telephonically Address any question or clarification regarding bid/proposal Specifications. If a vendor visits or calls the purchasing division with Such questions, he or she will be instructed to submit the questions in Writing.
