Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clyde Hill, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project has been awarded to Kamins Construction. The Work to be performed with-in forty-five (45) working days from the date of Notice to Proceed consists of furnishing all materi-als, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental thereto for: Drainage Improvements at up to four (4) locations includ-ing: 84th Ave NE (near NE 21st PL) Aqua Vista (near 93rd Ave NE) NE 28th St (near 92nd Ave NE) NE 17th PL (near NE 17th St & 89th PL NE) - Additive Bid Schedule B Specific tasks shall include, but are not necessarily limit-ed to: Removing and replacing existing storm drain pipes and drainage structures. Installation of new storm drain pipes and drainage structures. Bypass pumping of storm-water flows. Installation of trench drain and planter strip restoration. Providing temporary erosion/water pollution con-trol. Removing and replacing HMA, cement concrete side-walk, driveways and curb and gutter. Site restoration. All bid proposals shall be submitted according to the Information for Bidders and be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a cash depos-it, certified or cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond made payable to the City of Clyde Hill, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid, including sales tax, Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory payment and per-formance bonds within the time stated in the specifications, the bid deposit/bond shall be for forfeited to the City of Clyde Hill.
