Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
In accordance with ROW 39.10.380, Contractor (General Contractor/ Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from contractors for the above referenced scopes of work. The project is to complete the Rainier Beach High School Replacement. Per RCW 39.1.0.390, bidders are notified that the GC/CM intends to bid for this scope of work. The Bid submittal and bid opening will be managed by Seattle Public Schools. Deadline for questions is August 2, 2022 @ 3:00PM. Final Addendum will be issued no later than August 4, 2022. Questions should be directed to pmcglothlin@lydig.com. Contractor is an equal opportunity contractor and we encourage bids from disadvantaged, minority- owned, women-owned, and small businesses. The GC/ CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received.
