The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay (the City) is requesting bids from qualified, experienced Contractors for the re-coating of membrane tank #1 at the Bare Point water treatment plant located at 189 Bare Point Road, Thunder Bay, Ontario. The work will take place at a mutually agreeable time starting no earlier than October 12, 2022 and no later than October 26, 2022. Once commenced, the work should be completed (excluding concrete repairs / waterproofing if required) within 2 weeks from the start date. This project is very time sensitive; the work will proceed continually until completion without interruption or delay.
