The furnishing of all bonds, labor, materials, materials certification, equipment, supplies, necessary tools, apparatus, facilities and incidentals necessary to perform the following work on the levee areas of Brookside Estates, Stockton, California including. a) Remove and dispose of vegetation associated with the installation of project materials. b) Construct levee patrol road repairs. c) Remove debris from levee pedestrian path. d) Remove debris from levee toe and storm drainage ditch. e) Cleanout existing storm drain inlets and install filter bags. f) Construct levee slope washout repair. g) Construct levee rodent burrow repairs. h) Place gravel erosion control materials. i) Place rip rap slope protection materials. j) Install temporary erosion protection. k) Site cleanup - remove all debris and excess materials from the site. Contractor questions shall be submitted by Monday, August 8th, 2022 at 5:00pm, and submitted by email to rkilgore@siegfriedeng.com. Response to questions, and any addendums will be posted by Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 at 5:00 PM. The District will award the contract to the lowest bidder that meets the required qualifications and bid requirements. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and further reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids.
